Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and STOCKMAX.IO ("STOCKMAX", "we", "us"). They cover your use of our website and our chart analysis tool (together, the "Service").

By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

STOCKMAX is an analysis tool. You give it a chart of a stock, crypto coin or memecoin, and it shows you a BUY, SELL or HOLD view, a forecast and risk levels.

We are not a broker, an exchange, a wallet, a bank or a financial adviser. We do not buy or sell anything for you, and we never hold, touch or move your money or your crypto.

Trading stocks, crypto coins and memecoins is risky. Prices can rise and fall very quickly, and you can lose some or all of the money you put in. Memecoins are especially risky: they can lose most of their value in minutes, can be hard to sell, and can be hit by scams or sudden drops.

Past results do not tell you what will happen next. Charts, forecasts and AI views can be wrong. No one, including us, can promise a profit.

You are fully responsible for your own trading choices. Invest at your own risk, and only use money you can afford to lose. If you are not sure, talk to a licensed financial professional.

Everything on the Service is for information and education only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a personal recommendation or an offer to buy or sell anything.

Examples on our website, such as sample signals, prices, targets, confidence scores, testimonials and the profit calculator, are for illustration only. They do not show real results and are not a promise of future results.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding agreement.

You must not use the Service if you are on a sanctions list or if the law in your country does not allow it.

If we offer accounts, you must give us correct information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Some features may be paid. If so, the price, what you get and how to cancel will be shown clearly before you pay. Paid plans may renew automatically until you cancel. We may change prices with notice.

All purchases are final. Every payment you make to STOCKMAX is permanent and non-refundable. We do not give refunds, credits or chargebacks for any reason, including if you change your mind, do not use the Service, forget to cancel, or are unhappy with a result or with your trading outcome.

This applies to subscriptions, renewals, one-time purchases, and any part of a billing period you have not used. If you cancel, you will not be charged again after the current period, but you will not get money back for the period you already paid for.

Please decide carefully before you buy. The only exception is where the law in your country gives you a right to a refund that we cannot take away. Nothing here limits those rights. See our Refund Policy page for the full details.

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and for yourself. Do not try to break, overload or get around the Service, copy or scrape it in bulk, reverse engineer it, upload anything harmful or illegal, or use it to manipulate any market or to mislead other people.

You keep ownership of the charts and other content you upload. You give us a limited licence to process them so we can run the analysis and improve the Service. Only upload content you have the right to use.

The Service may use market data and links from other companies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability or content. Market data can be delayed or wrong.

The STOCKMAX name, logo, design, text and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be accurate, always on, error-free or suitable for your needs, or that using it will make you any money.

To the fullest extent the law allows, STOCKMAX and the people behind it are not responsible for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data or indirect or special damages that come from using the Service or from acting on its analysis.

Where the law does not allow us to remove responsibility completely, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the issue, or $50 if you paid nothing.

You agree to cover the costs and losses we have if a claim is made against us because you broke these terms, broke the law or used the Service in a way you should not have.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to protect the Service or other people.

We may change or remove features, and we may update these terms. When we make an important change we will update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of [your country or state to be added]. Any dispute that cannot be settled informally will be handled by the courts there, unless the law in your country says otherwise.
