This policy explains what information STOCKMAX.IO collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Stocks, crypto coins and especially memecoins can lose value very fast, and you can lose all the money you put in. STOCKMAX.IO gives information, not advice. Always invest at your own risk, and only with money you can afford to lose.
1. The short version
We collect only what we need to run STOCKMAX.IO and make it better. We never touch your money or your wallet, and we do not sell your personal information.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: your email address (for example when you join the list or subscribe), your account details if you create an account, and any messages you send us.
Charts and files you upload: the chart images or data you give the analyzer so it can read them.
Information collected automatically: things like your device and browser type, the pages you visit, approximate location from your IP address, and how you use the Service. We collect this using cookies and similar tools.
3. How we use your information
To run the Service and give you your analysis; to keep it safe and stop misuse; to understand what works and improve it; to answer your questions; and to send you updates about STOCKMAX if you asked for them. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
4. Your charts and our AI
We process the charts you upload to produce your result. We may use them, in a way that does not identify you, to test and improve the Service. Please do not upload anything private or anything you do not have the right to share.
5. No access to your money
STOCKMAX only looks at charts. We never ask for your wallet keys, seed phrase, exchange password or bank details, and we cannot trade or move funds for you. If anyone claiming to be us asks for these, it is a scam.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your choices and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may not work as well.
7. Who we share information with
We share information only with companies that help us run the Service (such as hosting, analytics and email providers), who may use it only for that purpose; when the law requires it or to protect our rights and users; and if our business is sold or merged. We do not sell your personal information.

The Service may link to other websites, such as exchanges or data providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.

STOCKMAX is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or storage is completely secure. We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above or as the law requires, and then delete or anonymize it.
11. Where your data is processed
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. When we move data across borders we use safeguards that the law accepts.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, delete or export your information, to object to some uses of it, or to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email us. You can also unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in them.
